Gioielleria Gagliardi allows the return with refund within 30 days from the date of delivery of the products. The prepaid label will be included in the package. If it is missing or you have lost it, you can request a new one by sending us an email. For orders placed from Italy, you can return the products to us by going to the nearest post office or by requesting the courier to collect them at home. The return shipment is free only if the customer uses the label provided by us. We will not refund any other amount due to the use of a different courier. The customer is free to use any other type of shipping, but the costs will be at his own expense.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal if he respects these conditions:
- The products must not have been used and all seals must not have been removed.
- The product has not been customized. By agreeing to customize your products, you agree to exclude your purchase from any return or refund as specified in the dedicated paragraph below.
- The product boxes must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches.
- All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, classification and evaluation must be returned with the item. Products without one of the aforementioned certificates cannot be returned.
Personalized Products
Custom products include configured, customized, or inscribed products; for example, engraving, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, carving or printing.
Before submitting a return request for these items, please note the following:
- Due to the personal configuration, engraving or design on these products, we will not accept returns or exchanges unless they are substantially different from what was ordered, have a spelling error with respect to what is expressly requested by the customer during the order. order or are damaged / defective upon arrival.
